Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Stripe and other secure, PCI-compliant providers.

• We do not store full payment card details
• All transactions are securely handled by third-party providers

2. Deposits

• Standard projects require a 50% deposit to begin work
• Deposits secure project scheduling and resource allocation
• Work will not commence until the deposit is received
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started

3. Final Payments

• Final payment is required before delivery, launch, or handoff
• Access to final files, systems, or assets may be withheld until full payment is received
• Partial or staged delivery does not transfer ownership until fully paid

4. Milestones (if applicable)

For larger projects, payments may be split into agreed milestones.

• Each milestone must be paid before progressing to the next stage
• Delays in payment may pause project work

5. Paid Reports & Digital Products

• Reports and digital products are delivered after payment is received
• Required input information must be provided before delivery
• Due to the nature of digital goods, these are generally non-refundable once delivered

6. Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Completed work is non-refundable
• Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion for incomplete work

7. Late Payments

• Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery
• We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are cleared
• Continued non-payment may result in project termination

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Termination of agreements
• Evidence submission to dispute the chargeback

9. Pricing & Changes

Pricing is agreed before work begins.

• Additional work outside agreed scope may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to update pricing for future work

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
